Jacks uses one system-sample-clock. And all sound-devices then have to use
that as well. Doesn't matter whether one device is only playback or only
recording. All hardware-sample-clocks have to be synchronized unless you want
to use alsa_in (or alsa_out) and have automatic resampling inserted into the
chain. And if you want good quality, you don't want resampling. At least you
don't want it added automatically without control...
