[LAU] Raw Data Audio Converter

Hi all,

Is there a software out there that reads any file on the computer as a
raw byte stream, and then converts this to an audio file. This can be
really random if you open a unrelated file, but since a C program can
read any data as pure bytes, I was thinking if this was already done
by someone.
