Hello Eric!
   Maybe you can try adding the option:
-G:jack,ecasound,notransport
   I just read, that this is changed in 2.8.0, so in batch-mode (no -c)
notransport is assumed. Otherwise I don't have any idea, why something
shouldn't work.
   I suppose you know, that with the setup you gave us, you will record the
same signal to every file? If you want different channels routed to the
individual chains, you must use one of the -ch* options (I think -chselect).
