True but it's mostly the USB buses (if that's the right designation?)
that share IRQ's with other devices and some are even on their own IRQ's
or share IRQ's with other USB buses. So if you pick a port on a (UHCI,
at least the mouse I have here is USB1.1) USB bus that sits on its own
IRQ (or shares it with another USB bus) for your USB mouse it should
basically equal the situation with a PS/2 mouse.
