Hello Emanuel!
So we found out, that I misspelt something in the interface file, still it
doesn't work. And yes, the port is 8888. There's even less running than on my
home system here. I checked with lsof and made sure with netstat -paunte, that
no other process is using 8888.
Anyway, LinuxSampler should have complained or printed a different port when
starting up, if that had been the case.
I'm baffled...
