awesome work, thanks! i just browsed the pdf, and it's a very welcome
addition to my library. can i suggest you add a version number to the
file and somewhere on the first page, in case some engraving errors have
crept in?

i really need to re-install solfege - haven't used it since university,
but my hearing skills could certainly need a refresher...
