Hi Julien (I top-post because I know you prefer).

I concur with David, Musix is a good choice (what can I say ;) ). We're
working on Musix 3 beta 2, and we still struggling to finish a final
version as soon as possible.

And to add one more option to the others, I would say Kxstudio[1]. I liked
it when I gave it a try some time ago.
