Have not encountered that. Although I got a stuck note one time playing
it through vkeybd. Normally I unstick it by playing the same key again,
but that didn't work. So I improvised around with that one note stuck
until it finally disappeared on its own.

I don't hear anything like that at all from Yoshimi or Zyn. Makes me
wonder if there's something else wrong with your audio setup that's
causing this to happen.
