Well, me! :-)

This is the first time I've announced on the LAU list, though have
mentioned it once on LAD, so I'm not sure if anyone else here has made
much use of it yet. Still, all feedback and feature requests
gratefully received (if no guarantee they'll be acted upon! :-) ).
There will be a manual soon too!

Praxis is particularly aimed at developing interactive audio-visual
stuff, though obviously perfectly usable for just audio. The work
that kicked it all off is documented here

code left in now! More demo vids will be up soon.
