I'm glad to hear that it works now for you also on 64 bit,
and I'm sorry that you lost your preset-bank. Maybe it's a good idea to
export/save (copy) a bank-file by simply drop it into your file browser
or on the desktop. Same way you could import the bank later, by just
drop it into the preset widget in the bank list.
Also, when you are in the preset Organize mode, you could mark your bank
as readonly, by click in the small space before the bank-name. The
little [R] indicate that a bank is readonly.
Indeed, that didn't help when you load the bank with -f, witch is
supposed to be used by the session handler to specify the session state
file (including GUI settings, etc.).
Guitarix overwrite the file with default settings, if the given state
file is corrupted.
