[LAU] csound + cecilia and jack on ubuntu

hi all,
i've been working on some patches in cecilia/csound and would like to
play them back through jack. there is nothing in the cecilia config to
select this. i have found and installed the csound-jack package (after
converting it from a .rpm with alien), but i don't know how to get
this to work. there is also a switch which apparently makes csound run
in jack mode (-+rtaudio=jack), but i'm not sure how to use it with
cecilia

any ideas, anyone?
