Unfortunately not. This particular poster is blind and uses the Orca
screen-reader to access his computer and the GUI. Orca mostly works with
GTK-based applications, though there is (very) fledling suppoprt for
some QT-based applications. Whilst UI and widgets libraries are of little
relevance to most users, it sadly still matters very much to those who
seek GUI accessibility under Linux. I am a console user myself, and only
use orca for very specific purposes, but more and more blind users are
turning to Linux for an affordable alternative to Windoes or Mac, and yet
have no computer experience beyond these graphical OSes.
