[LAU] [ANN] tuner 0.1 (also for android)

Hi,

I wrote a little tuner for my android thing.
I didn't find free-software tuners for android.

It also works with gtk/jack. Slightly less
CPU eater than gxtuner on my host but much
less pretty.
