I gather from the OP's statements that it isn't so much that a picture
contains a nude, or even partially nude picture (or drawing), but that
the picture (or drawing) is merely of a female. It seems that the idea
is that it would be mostly males who would find a picture (or drawing)
of a female attractive, and therefore it is sexist.

Presumably, if you find that something offends you (such as a picture
(or drawing) of a female, or perhaps a book that expresses opinions with
which you don't agree), it is more noble to suffer offense rather than
pick a different picture (or stop reading a book).
