Just had the following e-mail from Hans Fugal (he's OK with me copying it here).

It is down, but not hacked. I brought it down because of the Rails
exploit, and I haven't had time to rebase the code onto latest rails
versions. Unfortunately I don't think I'll have the time anytime soon.
But if someone is willing to do the legwork I'm happy to resurrect it.
I'll update the 404 with that info.
