But then you first need to have a compose key ;) You can use your menu
key for this:

//etc/default/keyboard/
XKBMODEL="pc105"
XKBLAYOUT="us"
XKBVARIANT="altgr-intl"
XKBOPTIONS="ctrl:nocaps,compose:menu"
