No, in Europe we are allowed to speak out thinks that American people
don't want to hear, anyway, there are limits in Europa too. Btw. in
Germany there are no black helicopters, there's no suing, just the
editor gets fired and unlikely, but possible you receive a letter from
the local Landesrundfunkanstalt.

I don't know how long audio recordings have to be archived, but in
Germany each radio station needs to record everything that is send and
then it has to be archived for a while.
