This just means google libxtract, go to the website:
http://sourceforge.net/projects/libxtract/
download it make and install it and then try again.

You may find in making libextract you need something else or that after
you have installed libxtract your VJpirate build will fail on something
else. So go through the same cycle with that too. Eventually, it should
come together.
