Yah, it seems I do. New movie title: The Man of Squeal (Superman is a
heavy metal guitarist who loves feedback). :)

Enthusiastic about what? I like knobs and sliders. Knobs and connecting
cables were some of the most fun things about the Moog! I have NO
tablet/touch surface except the little 2.5x4" touchpad on my laptop and
a couple of old Wacom graphics tablets (that only respond to their
stylii), so why should I care if ones are or were available for modern
tablet devices?
I plan to replace my present synthesizer keyboard with an Akai MPK-88,
which comes with an abundance of knobs and sliders.

Yah. Knobs and sliders and such are very everyday things. So are
toothpicks. Now someone needs to come up with a Kickstarter to turn
toothpicks into a music controller.
