I tried quite a lot, and settled for beyer dynamic dt 231 pro. Some find
them a little bassy, but they sound full and crisp to me, comfortable on
the ears. Plus quite affordable.

NB: I wouldn't mix with them or any other headphones, though, but that's
another topic :-(
