If so, consider using a kernel Rt.
Available after e.g. adding
# ArchAudio Production
[archaudio-production]
Server = http://repos.archaudio.org/$repo/$arch
to /etc/pacman.conf. A workaround is to run
sudo modprobe snd_seq_midi
