Answering yes to that renames (using mv)
/etc/security/limits.d/audio.conf.disabled
to:
/etc/security/limits.d/audio.conf

In other words, the top file is what comes with jackd, and the script
changes the name to the bottom if the user agrees.

BTW I just tested this on 16.10 ubuntustudio. Jackdbus starts in realtime
mode OOTB. /etc/security/limits.d/audio.conf is present. The last three
lines are:
@audio - rtprio 95
@audio - memlock unlimited
#@audio - nice -19

(nice doesn't do anything in this context)
