[LAU] sndfile-concat issue (concatenating different audioformats)

Hi eveyrone,
I recently had some issue concatenating audio fies of different formats (wav
and aiff), though of the same samplerate, channel-count and bit depth. It
complains about compressed aiff.

sndfile-convert can convert those files to wav easily. Is that to be expected?
