Ardour has built-in support to decode LTC from a video's audio-track use
the timecode to align the video:
Menu > Session > Open Video ... Extract Audio; Extract LTC from
audio and align video.
Ardour also supports BWF when importing audio:
Menu > Session > Import .. Insert at: File timestamp.
but Ardour's video-timeline is meant for post-production. You can only
load a single video at a time.
Another option is to use manually use https://github.com/x42/ltc-tools
and manually move things around. YMMV.
