Show us the output of:
ldd /usr/lib64/lv2/ambix_converter_o1.lv2/ambix_converter_o1.so

and:
ldd /usr/bin/ardour5
(or wherever your ardour binary is).

LV2 plugin loading problems might be caused by shared library conflicts.
