As Robin pointed out, I've imported Nedko Arnaudov's a2jmidid to the
linuxaudio github organization for further maintenance [1], until its
functionality is fully merged into jack2 [2].

In case anyone's interested in co-maintaining it, please feel free to
ping me! Also, patches welcome! :-)
