Current version is 0.7.1 (since Aug. 2018 IIRC :-).
It uses only the the ACN based names (there are good
reasons for that).

If you use the first order panners from AMB-plugins-0.8.1
the connections from Ardour to Ambdec shoul be

Ardour master Ambdec
-------------------------
     1 in.0 (W)
     2 in.3 (X)
     3 in.1 (Y)
     4 in.2 (Z)
