Hi all,

Since Ingo Molnar has released a 2.2.13 version of his
lowlatency patch.

  (Note: fails on tty_io.c ...)

I decided to make a new release myself. I will place
further releases and info of this patch on:
   http://www.norran.net/nra02596/

(Benno can you make a link from your lowlatency page?)

This patch should be easy to move to any other kernel.
