That would be tricky. V.90 is patented. Starting to see a pattern here?

Sound cards for data communication is a useful idea. It's the way it's done
today if you want to send digital audio between different devices, e.g. a
reverb and a mixer. Have you ever seen a digital mixer with a NIC in the
back? No? How about AES/EBU?
