wav does! wFormatTag=3 is 32-bit IEEE float (Intel order) samples.

Just don't expect many apps to be able to play it. :(

AIFF does as well:

 fl32 32-bit Floating Point Apple Computer
 FL32 Float 32 SoundHack & Csound
 fl64 64-bit Floating Point Apple Computer
