Pretty much finished the Hermes Filter, improved stability and smoothness
on the crossovers, tuned the filters a little more, made the oscilators
more "analogue". Also fixed some bugs (thanks Kai).

All plugins now support run_adding(), although its untested.

There are some genuine performace measurments, thanks to Pail, at
http://inanna.ecs.soton.ac.uk/plugins/, comparing my PIII with a Xeon.
Interesting stuff some faster, some slower.
