v0.1.7 (yes you missed a version, but it wasn't very exciting)
New stuff:
* decimator with controls for sample rate and bit depth
* simgle band parametric
* triple band parametric + high and low shelves.
The parametrics are really great, the filter code comes from Eli
Brandt. Very efficient, sound great, and stable as long as you don't
exceed the ranges.
Some bugfixes too.

There are some RPM's in the directory, but they will only work with
RH 7 (or other rpm 4 distro), until I can figure out how to build v3
ones.
