There are a few outboard ones... (although at the mid-range+ price bracket).
AFAIK a few of the PCI cards have this as an "option" (but I'm not sure on
that score).

I use the facility built into the OpCode studio-4 midi interface (hence my
interest in getting Linux drivers for it :-)
