TRying to install "mix" and getting

checking for main in -lX11... yes
checking for main in -lXt... yes
checking for main in -lXm... no
could not find Motif libraries .. aborting
[root_AT_localhost mix]#

any help appreciated

also from main site can't find those plugins he refers to says no site
avail.......
