Fixed the Makefile, made the pitch shifters 30% faster and fixed some
misc bugs (thanks Paul!).

You can now build the FFT plugins staticly with "make noxml-static".
Build dynamicly with "make noxml" (hopefully ensures that the .c files
won't get rebuilt).

I'm not sure if the plugins should normally be static, my instincts say
yes, but the're 240k static, 8k without so it's a hard call.
