Good point. The stream bandwidth should halve for each octave.
Perhaps we should just try it out. (And, yes, smaller buffers for
resampled copies.)

Do you (Olli and others) still need the interpolation papers? I have punch of
them but I cannot put them in public. If you need, mail me privately.

I have listed titles for about 120 papers and still need to list
about 250. Then I plan to go through them and check what we should
implement. A help would be nice to have in this project. There are plenty
of good papers and I want to see free implementations for them.
