Totally cool. Aside from sight impaired users who need to
deal with their strongest asset (sound) this can give new
life to older linux boxes for on-stage live events, somewhere
a new and more expensive PC is not so desirable, especially
when one has to find room for and juggle a mouse if it has
a full GUI running.

Could you comment on what eventual MIDI sequencing options
you have in mind for this GUI-free interface, if any ?
