CMT v1.09 had some compile warnings (fatal, as it compiles with -Werror
by default) on my system, which is RedHat 7 based:

conrad_AT_fligje:~/audio/CMT$ g++ --version

The fix was pretty trivial, a couple of casts, a missing newline and a
missing include. patch attached.
I haven't been keeping up with lad mail lately so apologies if this has
been discussed already :(
