i have linked it immediately from the LAD site.

this might be excellent hand-out material for our LinuxTag booth, as
suggested by frank.

dave, how is the copyright situation ? would it be possible to make
a german translation and to hand out the paper in printed form ?
if yes, i'd be happy to translate it.
another option might be to create a presentation around it.

btw, dave, do you happen to know the email and whereabouts of the
list owner (alex burton, iirc) ? there seem to be some problems with
the subscription process, and i have tried to contact him via the
owner-linux-audio-dev address, but haven't got any response yet.
