Subject: [linux-audio-dev] [OT] SVGA configuration help needed

Greetings:
I want to run a couple of SVGA audio apps but I changed my video card
a while ago and I'm not at all sure how to tune my SVGA config file.
I'm running XFree86 4.01 with a 3DFx Voodoo3 video card. Performance
under X is fine, but my SVGA apps complain about an improperly
configured system.
So I ask the gurus of LAD: Does anyone here have experience in this
area ? Any tips to share ?
I apologize for the very off-topic posting (it qwould be better in the
LAU group, yes?). Rest assured, I know of the security issues
surrounding the use of SVGA, but I have a great "need to know" in this
particular instance (and I will be off the network while using the
apps).
Best regards,
