its time for there to be a CVS repository, mailing list etc. for JACK.
jack.sourceforge.net is already taken.
so, i propose that we try for:
jackit.sourceforge.net
if anyone thinks we should not use SF (i'm a little dubious myself,
but hey, ardour's there too), please make an alternative
suggestion. if i don't hear otherwise, i'll ask SF for the new site
tonight. i plan to give CVS write access to more or less any LAD
member who asks for it.
i'd also like to ask the artists on the list to propose some
logos. personally, i'd like the image to emphasis interconnectivity
and low latency.
i did some work on JACK today that cleaned up the problems with server
exit, and i am seriously thinking about moving ardour onto JACK this
weekend along with SpiralLoops if i can fit it in. this isn't
necessarily because JACK is ready for this, but because its the only
way it ever will be :)
