Hi,
here is the official annoucement about kalsatools, including kladspa.
the contents on ftp.suse.com will be available within a few hours..
Takashi
attached mail follows:
Two new KDE applications for ALSA are available for download on
ftp.suse.com/pub/people/mana
The 7.2 and 7.3 directories offer RPMs for the respective SuSE Linux
distribution. The tarballs should also compile and run on ALSA 0.9.0 (this
has not yet been tested with the latest versions).
kalsatools currently implements two applications:
kaconnect, which is a KDE version of the aconnect
utility for the ALSA sequencer system.
kladspa, a multi-purpose sound application which
demonstrates some of the powerful features
of ALSA and LADSPA. It features
- Realtime effect processor with capture from
"Line In" or "Mic In".
- Full control of all effect parameters via MIDI.
- Double MP3-Player with playlists.
- MIDI controlled software synthesis with the
LADSPA plugins "Organ" and "Analogue Voice".
You can install the RPMs with
rpm -Uvh kalsatools-1.0.0-0.i386.rpm
Make sure, you have installed ladspa ! For the example provdided in the
README, it is useful to install vkeybd.
Have a lot of fun !
Matthias
