If the ALSA documentation was better, than It probably wouldn't be that
hard to write. I think a driver isn't really needed, just a user space
sequencer
client would suffice. ALSA MIDI drivers are always kernel drivers and
that is not what you want for a device connected to rs232. If some ALSA
god would tell me what the best way is to write support for serial MIDI
interfaces, then I would write it myself.
