Hi,

Did you check the ALSA pages, in particular http://www.alsa-project.org/soundcards.php3 ?
It is the place where the cards supported by ALSA are listed. However, I did not found
any information about the interfaces you mention.

If an interface is not in the list, it may however be supported: some cards use standard
chips and the driver support is most of the time related to the chipset and not to the
card itself. You may search in the alsa-user mailing list (check ALSA pages).

You may also ask the manufacturer: Midiman mentions Linux on their site and it does
not hurt to ask them.

Another point is the type of the interface: AFAIK, serial or parallel port interfaces
are supported in ALSA. Some USB interfaces are supported, but this depend on firmware
and thus on the cooperativeness of the hardware maker.

Regards,

François Déchelle
