iiwusynth (what Swami uses as its soft synth) seems to work okay. Of
note is that I just checked in a fix for a bug in the iiwusynth
sequencer code that surfaced with ALSA 0.9.0pre3 that caused erroneous
re-emissions of some events. This is somewhat unrelated though.
