whoops! i hadn't noticed you had a new version up.
yes, now it works just fine, thanks!
too bad about the caps thing, but oh well.

BTW I'm trying to get libjackasyn into gentoo. It's very useful not to have start/stop jack all the time!
For anyone interested here's the bug page with the ebuild (for the moment until it's in portage, hopefully soon after the media-sound reorganization starts?)
