There are lots of good Wiki engines out there, most of which don't
require a SQL DB.

Usemod is a simple Perl based Wiki, TWiki is a complex php Wiki,
MoinMoin is a complex Python Wiki and a quite nice and almost simple
Python Wiki is Pikie Pikie from http://pikie.webbing.nl/
