I have created a new audio format for linux. I am currently looking for some help in order to finish up the parts based on the C language, to test it and to create a new generation of sound cards. I am able to create as small as 10 byte audio files containing human voices worth several kilobytes [what a claim!]. The project page can be found here: http://www.letime.net/legere/index.html".
