Looks like a Guile problem. During ./configure what version of Guile is
reported ? You'll need at least version 1.5.0, and you can find it here:

After Snd opens type (backtrace) in the Listener. If you started Snd
from an xterm the backtrace will issue a report in that window (if
there's a backtrace available).
