Subject: [linux-audio-user] Broadcast2000/cinelerra-syncing video and audio

Has anyone on this list used cinelerra? If so how much different is it from
Braodcast 2000. Is there a mailing list that talks dedidcated to either of
these. I downloaded the source for cinlerra because bc2 is no longer
available. I got the source from sourceforge. I could not figure out how to
compile it though. The instructions said to do a configure but there is no
configure script. I just did a make then. It gave nothing but errors. Does
anyone know of any good compilation instructions for this? I searched
throught the tar pckg itself and found no usefull information regarding
compilation. Please tell me about your experiences. Are there other
packages out there that allow syncing with video and audio? If so how do
they compare?
